spring nights

I really love Spring nights. 

       Just sitting outside with my siblings goofing off and blaring music.

Holding chickens (I *cough* don't really *cough* enjoy that part) 

Playing with my favorite puppies <3 (and wiping their slobber all over Rachel's shirt.)

 Taking pictures of Rachel holding chickens 'cause THAT'S WHAT I DO.

Playing game after game after game after game after game of Temple Run and Angry Birds with Micah. (And pausing to take "peekchurs" together.)

Covering ourselves with grass (except for Rachel!) and then regretting it ten minutes later because our arms and our legs itch like crazy and there's nothing we can do about it.

 making funny faces with Micah and then cracking up because he thinks he's hilarious.

 Holding more chickens. (again, I *cough* don't really *cough* enjoy that part)

More funny faces with Micah because it's the best thing EVER. 

More Temple Run and Angry Birds. And then we find a new game to play. Draw Something. Most people on Draw Something probably think I'm incredibly stupid because all I do is scribble.. When really, it's a two year old they're watching draw.

So yup. Spring Nights are amazing.

it feels like summer, but it's actually spring!

my title basically explained this whole post. it feels like Summer, but it's actually spring. It's not suppose to be 90 degrees in MARCH. I love spring. a lot. I love having the windows open while I practice piano. I love leaving my window open at night and having the curtains blow everyone's faces (while they're sleeping. hahah)

the little kids have asked me (more like bugged me for hours) to make a smoothie every. single. day. this week.

my brothers and I have very mad skills when it comes to making faces. we're more than capable of looking like idiots. one of the neighbors was watching us take these pictures, and I was like "Hiiiiii! Do you want to come join us?"

when it's spring, it usually rains. last week we got buckets and buckets and buckets of rain.  it was fun!

I really like letter-boxing [O.o] photos. But most photos I letterbox, I don't like. So today I went outside and took pictures just so I could come inside and letterbox them. It was fun. ^.^

the oven and it's evilness

                                                                     Today I made this.
                                                                             

 I burn half the things I cook in the oven. Just because the oven is evil and other things seem to pop out at me and say "Heeeyyy Annnnaaaa, come over here and do this" or the timer will be dumb and not remind me to set it. Which equals burned food. Which means everyone is unhappy. 'Cause the house smells like burned food, and whatever I was making was ruined.

Sooo, today I wasted five hours of my day to make this little loaf [<-- hate that word] of cinnamon bread. It was a lot more complicated than I thought it would be, so it took me a looot longer than I thought it would. And guess what?

   I DIDN'T BURN IT!

and now my five hours of cooking/stirring/kneading/whatever was gone in five minutes of yumminess.  

 but

I DIDN'T BURN IT.

So it's all good ^.^
